Every Home Secours USA service is backed by a written workmanship warranty. If something we touched fails within the period below due to our work, we send a tech back at no charge to make it right.

| Locksmith | 30 days | Workmanship on labor (rekey, lock change, deadbolt install). Defective hardware separately covered by manufacturer warranty. |

- We'll dispatch a technician to inspect within 48 hours, no charge if covered.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents after our service.
- Failures of customer-supplied parts that we did not install.
- Pre-existing conditions identified in writing in your estimate.
- Issues unrelated to the specific scope of the original service.
