All earnings, commission rates (including Founding Pro Member 17% rate), and benefits described on this page are subject to the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement. Commission rates may be modified with 30 days' advance notice per Section 5.8 of the ICA. Founding Pro Member rate is locked for the first six (6) months from individual enrollment date per Section 5.9. All applicants are independent contractors, not employees of Home Secours USA LLC. Florida licenses must be active and verifiable. Contractors are required to maintain general liability insurance ($1M occurrence / $2M aggregate minimum) and applicable Florida workers' compensation coverage.
